Required qualifications to be successful in this role
CGI is looking for a talented, and experienced member for managing Application Support Services. The ideal candidate has about 14-18 years of IT work experience, and is passionate about Service to Enterprise Clients that are marquee names in the industry, and has the below attributes:

1. Thorough with the fundamentals of Service Delivery like Event, Incident, Problem and Change Management, and is very well versed with ITIL. Exposure to DevOps is good to have.
2. Has expertise in Client Relationship, Operations Management, and Financial discipline. Good at risk management and mitigation.
3. Has good experience in supporting clients from different geographies, and ability to quickly understand the client business.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts (SME).
5. Has a passion for People Management, and leads from front during issues. Collaborates with team members to find better, more efficient ways of doing things.
6. Has exposure to Java technologies( Java, J2ee, spring)/.NET technologies and well versed with Application Performance Management tools, hands-on when required.
7. Has an excellent understanding of Key Service Level metrics and strong focus on Continual Service Improvement.
8. Provides thought leadership, good at working with business and product owners, reviews business drivers, and strategies to anticipate future business/technology needs.
9. Good at conflict resolution, has negotiation and networking skills.
10. SRE model exposure
Shift: should be available in Canadian Hours
Telecom experience Desired and if he/she has SRE experience it will be good.
