Job Description

Job Description:
• Shall do research to conduct market research study, should the need be.
• Shall create feasible promotions and activations to increase app downloads and usage
• Shall be in charge of creation, coordination and implementation of promotional activities in line with the product.
• Shall coordinate with the Sales team in mapping out proposals for promos and activation in partnership with the merchants.
• Shall be in-charge of screening sponsorship opportunities for JuanCash.
• Shall work with the content specialist and brand specialist in putting together over-all promotions proposal.
• Shall be the one to connect with third party suppliers for requirements of the projects.
• Shall propose and manage budgets for various promotional projects for the application.
• Shall support marketing executives in organizing various projects in line with the brand and PR function.
• Shall prepare PR materials such as news articles, blog entries, and other media
• Shall conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
• Shall employ marketing analytic techniques (social media, web analytics etc.) to gather important data to be used in improving brand positioning.
• Shall assist in organizing promotional events, traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate its success.
• Shall prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
• Shall compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Shall write marketing literature (brochures, press release, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
• Shall communicate with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
• Shall familiarize with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production and etc.
• Shall analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumer insights.
• Shall strategize on how to increase brand awareness.
• Shall lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to take action.
• Shall monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor’s activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Shall oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with the product line strategy.
• Shall coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers and divisions.
• Shall develop and implement media planning, buying and innovation strategies
Other Qualification(s):
- Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree related to Communications, Business Management, Marketing or Advertising.
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ work worth of experience Marketing and Brand Management.
- With Fintech or e-Commerce background is preferred.
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Must have a wide understanding of marketing concepts.
- Must have experience in implementing various promotions and campaigns.
- Must have experience in handling stakeholders, partners, 3rd party suppliers, and customers.
- Must be agile and highly creative.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
