• Establishing and maintaining relationships with K-5 educators, IT integration specialists, school district employees, principals etc.
• Overseeing marketing as an individual.
• Developing and implementing our marketing strategies and plans largely alone with some minor guidance from directors.
• Directing and carrying out marketing projects from start to finish.
• Competitor research.
• Identifying potential customers.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Researching conferences, trade shows, and major events for INKids to potential participate in.
• Responsible for building and maintaining a positive online image for our company.
• In charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with teachers, schools, tech integration specialists, and online influencers by writing and sending emails, responding to requests for information and forwarding support mails on to company directors.
• Responsible for planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to the directors, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.
• In charge of researching conferences, trade shows, and major events that may benefit the company to participate in.
• Drive social media marketing strategy and content marketing for LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter and other online services.
• Writing articles and other media communications to promote downloads.
• Conferring with directors to identify trends and education interests and providing advice on business decisions.
• Organizing and maintaining contact database
• Using Mailchimp or other mailing software for marketing campaigns.
• Contacting Education Blogs to inquire about providing written copy.

Skill Set
• Public Relations Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in PR, marketing or related field is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pitch to educators and media.
• An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
• Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
• Creativity in securing coverage and buzz with traditional outlets.
• Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers.
• Ability to use Mailchimp or alternative mass mailing software.
• Ability to use LinkedIN.
• Proficiency in FB, Instagram and other online social media platforms.
