• Spearhead and assist the creation, implementation and evaluation of marketing efforts such as but not limited to promos, events, activities, PR efforts to increase users, transactions and sales
• Manage a marketing function, overseeing the entire marketing and PR team
• Manage all communications touchpoints such as but not limited to in-app channels, email marketing, social media, digital marketing, print media, advertising and public relations
• Organize or join events for user activation drive and brand awareness campaigns
• Coordinate with Chinese IT/technology team for in-app developments or requests
• Propose and manage marketing budget
• Lead market research activities
• Offer creative insights and proof-read marketing collaterals
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Source suppliers and coordinate on the production of all marketing collaterals
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
