Summary/Objective This position supports the sales team especially in paperwork related tasks.
Does price quotations sent thru fax and email by checking previous orders in customers folders.
Updates customers price lists regularly or as necessary
Confirm receipt of quotations sent thru fax and email
Attends to the calls of customers and assist them in their inquiries / requests for price quotations and other similar concerns.
Takes customers orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases refer to previous orders for the complete description of the items ordered.
Emails clients regarding preparation of gatepass and other P.O. related concerns as necessary
Calls suppliers to canvass prices and stock availability of special items being inquired by customers
Maintains operations by following company policies and procedures reporting needed changes (e.g. name of new buyer new office address of customer new rules and regulations communicated to them)
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accounting/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Must be computer literate and possess knowledge in basic computer programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, accounting software, etc.
Must be motivated, willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
