• Research on potential customers
• Generate qualified leads and set appointment either face to face or over the phone
• Follow up as needed
• Answer customer inquiries
• Creating content for website/blog /YouTube/ Facebook/ IG
• Create and Send eNewsletter
• Transcript video into podcast/words/curating / creating content
• Set up / maintain online course

Skill Set
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Should have experience in creating content across social media platforms
• Must have graphic design & editing skills - Canva / photoshop/ illustrator
• Video editing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Preferably bilingual - Chinese and English

Must Haves
