Description:Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinating with the Logistics team and the Sales team, as well as with the customer's purchasing and jobsite personnel to ensure proper receipt and unloading of deliveries
- Monitoring the progress of deliveries from plant to destination
- Taking initiative to promptly report delivery issues and concerns
- Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor
- Maintaining and regular updating of the data files
- Prioritizing, scheduling, and routing deliveries to customers
- Preparing truck assignments and allocating optional loads to each truck to achieve the lowest cost per trip
- Preparing and generating pick lists based on confirmed sales orders
- Preparing and finalizing delivery schedules based on confirmed purchase orders
- Generating and reviewing delivery receipts to ensure accuracy
- Ensuring all required documents are attached to the delivery receipt upon turnover to trucking personnel
- Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Trucking, and customer personnel as needed regarding matters affecting delivery
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
- At least one (1) to three (3) years experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Service an advantage, but fresh graduates may also apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
