Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with the Logistics team and the Sales team, as well as with the customer's purchasing and jobsite personnel to ensure proper receipt and unloading of deliveries
    • Monitoring the progress of deliveries from plant to destination
    • Taking initiative to promptly report delivery issues and concerns
    • Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor
  • Maintaining and regular updating of the data files
  • Prioritizing, scheduling, and routing deliveries to customers
  • Preparing truck assignments and allocating optional loads to each truck to achieve the lowest cost per trip
  • Preparing and generating pick lists based on confirmed sales orders
  • Preparing and finalizing delivery schedules based on confirmed purchase orders
  • Generating and reviewing delivery receipts to ensure accuracy
  • Ensuring all required documents are attached to the delivery receipt upon turnover to trucking personnel
  • Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Trucking, and customer personnel as needed regarding matters affecting delivery

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
  • At least one (1) to three (3) years experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Service an advantage, but fresh graduates may also apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Project management, risk management, and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong record management, project management and time management (prioritization) skills
  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software mandatory, experience with ERP software a plus
