Job Description:
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with top Shopee - - Live sellers and representatives
  • Effectively pitch key Livestream initiatives to assigned accounts and ensure their participation
  • Educate sellers on new Livestream features, tools, strategies, and other best practices to help improve quality of streams and performance
  • Manage queries and help resolve issues faced by assigned accounts
  • Evaluate key performance metrics, prepare reports, and communicate these with assigned accounts
  • Provide seller insight from assigned accounts to Livestream team in order to craft and execute strategies in line with sellers goals
  • Grow Livestream pool of managed sellers by finding potential Shopee sellers to incubate and grow with Shopee Live

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Account Management, Online Business, Brand Management, Merchandiser, Business Development (having product knowledge in E-commerce would be a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and excellency in presentation skills
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Logical thinking, strong problem solving skills
  • Good command of English and Tagalog
