Job Description:
  • Define in-app content strategy and establish a content ecosystem that aligns with market preferences
  • Analyse in both quantitative and qualitative field for Shopee-produced livestream shows
  • Provide insights and report performance of livestreams as well as identifying the gaps and improvements
  • Conceptualise, develop and execute new content ideas and drive continual optimisation of livestream marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketing functions and external partners. Ensure smooth and timely execution of livestream campaigns
  • Monitor junior team members and ensure that the execution tasks are performed smoothly and accurately

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business related field
  • Minimum 6+ years experienced in a marketing-related industry, with experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Strong communication skills and excellence in presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office esp. Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of English and Tagalog
  • Experience in eCommerce/ Live streaming/ Multi-Channel Network (MCN)/ OTT or related industries is a plus.
  • With team management experience is a plus
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
