Description:Duties and Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively
- Manage record and resolve customer complaints in prompt and professional manner
- Handle customer's medical needs
- Gather customer information as required
- Monitor customer's medical status
- Evaluate and correlates medical interventions and charges
Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably Bachelor of Science major in Nursing, Accounting, Finance
- With or without work experience
- Willing to work on Office - based with field work
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Full time positions
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedules
