Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Liaison Officer monitors all confinements in all PC accredited hospitals within the geographical area assigned to him.
  • Monitors all PC client's confinements within his or her assigned area, issues Letters of Authority (LOAs) pre-adjudicates hospital charges billable to PC, and communicates coverage and limitations to the policyholder.
  • Assists in accrediting doctors/clinics and maintaining good relationships with PC's accredited provider network.

Qualifications:
  • Accountancy Graduate
  • Preferably a graduate of nursing or any medical course or Graduate of any course but have worked for a minimum of one year as medical representative or liaison officer for an HMO company
  • Able in performing field work and amendable to take calls or do hospital rounds very late at night or early morning
