Job Description



RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Facilitates corporate activities/exercises to define and assess competencies based on business directions
    2. Leads and/or provides support to the design and implementation of corporate programs in the following areas:
    • Leadership Development
    • Development of Creatives / Storytellers
    • Digital Literacy
    • Data Driven Decision-making
    • Capturing, Codifying, and Disseminating Learning (Knowledge Management)
    • Values Awareness
    • Building a more Global Workforce (Diversity)
    1. Strengthens technical training programs by providing the following support services to HR Accounts and Line Managers:
      1. Training Needs Analysis
      2. Instructional Design (for all mediums of delivery)
      3. Curriculum Design
      4. Training Evaluation
    2. Conducts regular research on best practices, trends, frameworks/standards, upcoming technologies and disseminates findings to equip the HR & OD team members
    3. Defines and monitors metrics that allow the organization to measure the effectiveness of corporate learning and talent development programs Analyzes available training data and information and makes recommendations based on findings
    4. Manages roster of learning and development partners, internal subject-matter-experts
    5. Makes recommendations to improve or update to current context any training-related policy or process
    6. Manages resources that are allocated for corporate learning and talent development programs / interventions (e.g. budget, equipment, software, subscriptions / services, Learning Management System or Module, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
    Required Skills:
    a. Has working knowledge of:
    • Organization development theories, cycle/process
    • Change management principles
    • Organization design methods
    • Knowledge management
    • Integrated Talent Management
    b. Adept in:
    • Performance management principles, systems
    • Consulting, Client-servicing
    • Project management
    • Group process, group facilitation, and process observation methods
    • Instructional design (classroom/e-learning instructor-led/self-paced synchronous/asynchronous)
    • Curriculum design
    • Delivery of learning experiences (classroom/e-learning instructor-led/self-paced synchronous/asynchronous)
    • Talent development frameworks and interventions
    • Instructional design or training Frameworks such as Adult learning, Community of Inquiry model, 70-20-10 model, Kirkpatrick's levels of training evaluation, Training cycle, ADDIE, etc.
    c. Proficient in the use of tools like:
    • Productivity software - MS Office suite/similar
    • Collaboration tools - Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
    d. Working knowledge of tools like:
    • Creative software - Adobe creative suite/similar
    • Learning Management Systems - Moodle/similar
    • E-learning Authoring tools - Articulate storyline/similar
    • Research tools - Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, MS Forms/similar
    • Camera, audio, lighting equipment for e-learning production
    • Online live event or streaming tools - OBS/similar
    • Online engagement tools - Kahoot, Slido/similar
    e. Strongly demonstrates:

    • Communication skills - Proficient in oral and written communication - English and Filipino (can tailor communication style based on target audience)

    Qualifications:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree - Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent. Also open to candidates with background in Management.
    • At least 5 year of working experience in the field of Learning and Talent development (or related fields like instructional design, organization development, performance management/succession, competency identification/development/assessment) is required for this position
    • At least 2 years of working in a people management post or officer-level post
    • Preferred: Certified facilitator of leadership/management programs, coaching programs
