The Company provides online courses and coaching services to individuals looking to awaken their intuitive gifts, ways to promote a connection with soul and the Divine, and want to learn more about manifesting and other similar topics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The Company is looking for an open minded candidate that is aware or can relate to concepts of spirituality, intuition, energy, and processes like meditation. It is important, as it will help them better relate with the clients. The Company is in the growing stages, and has warm leads to work with. Currently needing to nurture their clients and promote healthy support for them while using their membership. Also looking to have a candidate help them grow the business and membership enrollment.
  • Engaging with clients on membership platform and social media
  • Help nurture current clients with follow up calls or emails after sessions
  • Set up testimonial interviews
  • Call and/or email old clients to check in and invite to new platform
  • Research target market (market analysis)
  • Developing prospect lists
  • Answer emails and calls
Must Haves:

  • At least 2 years of Social Media and Customer Service Management experience
  • Superb customer service skills and friendly attitude
  • Great English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Knowledge in client relations, retention, and management
  • Experience with warm leads management and nurturing
  • Knowledge in target market research
  • Knowledge and ability to develop prospect lists
Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge with Kajabi, memberships, funnels, ADs and content marketing.
Work Schedule: 10:00am -12:00pm and 3:00 - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (Subject to flexibility)
Home Office Requirements:
