About the job Lead Java Developer

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the demand analysis, architectural design, project promotion and technology research and development of Internet advertising application system
  • Responsible for online system maintenance and management to ensure the stable operation of the system.
  • Engage in the architectural construction of communication IM chat application platform, innovate and break through technical difficulties related with business projects
  • Improve R & D, operation, maintenance, and organizational efficiency.
  • Responsible for the system planning, continuously optimizing and upgrading it with the project to improve performance, stability and scalability.
  • Conduct business analysis and project pre-research, product operation in relation with business development, and enable business development through technological innovation.
  • Responsible for the preparation of relevant interface specifications and technical test documents.
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of core modules of the company's business platform and system related middleware, class library and functional components
  • Responsible for tackling key technical problems and system optimization, assist in solving technical problems in the development process
  • Formulate the development plan, assist in decomposing the development tasks, and cooperate with the development team to complete the development.

  • Must have 5 years of experience using JAVA and as a Java Leader. (non-negotiable)
  • Must be familiar with common Java open-source frameworks such as Spring/MyBatis/Tomcat/Dubbo/Spring Cloud, and have a good understanding of how they work. (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Java ecosystem.
  • Excellent knowledge of software design and architecture.
  • Very good ability to explain, discuss and document complex technical concepts.
  • Very good ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD.
  • Extensive experience working in agile teams.
  • Experience with leading teams in the break-down of technical work.
  • Experience with mentoring other developers.
  • Some experience with AWS.
  • Some experience with driving for technical excellence and improvements.

Work Set-up:
  • Temporary WFH / Hybrid work set-up
  • Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM to 6:00PM
  • Sunrise Dr, 1308 Pasay City
