The Company is a web design and development company that creates websites for small and medium professional services within Australia

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for growing new business. They are able to strategize and implement tactics that attract new business accounts.
  • Develop deep understanding of our web products and digital solutions
  • Implement and manage all lead generation activities daily
  • Qualify prospects and initiate engagement via telephone and mass email communication
  • Ideally will have a mass email software account
  • Handle the majority of inbound inquiries from clients via phone and email
  • Track all results and create a clear reporting system for management
  • Ensure new business goals are met monthly

Must Haves:

  • At least 5+ years of proven prospecting and lead generation results in the B2B marketplace 
  • A subscription to an email software that allows for mass emails and campaigns
  • Comprehensive understanding of communication techniques
  • Proficiency in researching and strategize
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication 

Nice to Haves:
  • Email and Campaign writing experience.
  • Account-based marketing research skill.
  • A good understanding of web design and development.

Work Schedule: 11:00am - 3:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time

Home Office Requirements:

  • Fixed internet connection (Broadband, DSL, Cable, Fiber) of at least 5 MBPS (Not allowed: Prepaid wifi, dongle and mobile data)
  • Up to date Laptop or Desktop with Windows 8 or Mac OS X
  • Perfectly working headset and webcam
  • Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises
