1. Ensure achievement of sales target through effective management of Key Accounts and successful executionof agreed sales strategies
2. Negotiate with buyers and key accounts division makers in agreeing to trading terms, sales, and marketing activities in product introduction and closing of sales
3. Oversee personnel activities of Key Account Executives, managing sales targets, promotions and account receivables
4. Monitor daily activities of sales admin assistant in performing accurate encoding
5. Conduct business reviews and structured field visits to trading outlets with Key Account Team.

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related course
  • At least 5 years experience as sales in the FMCG industry
  • Has a vast related experience in handling modern trade accounts with Supermarkets, Malls and Convenience stores
