Job Description


- Create a strategy on the available sourcing boards and database to maximize recruiting activities.
- Create posts of the latest role openings to various channels such as social media, job boards, and university pages.
- Source candidates based on the qualifications given by the clients/proponents. Create a stable talent pool to ensure closing of the role.
- Interview candidates and provide complete information of the job. Set-up expectations and address all concerns and questions of the candidates.
- Shortlist candidates and provide hiring officers of initial findings, recommendations, remuneration and other important information revolving to the candidate and the role.
- Assist on keeping shortlisted candidates warm. Ensure that the candidates are well informed of the employment set-up during the offer stage.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers on the talent market based on the sourcing efforts. Collate a reliable data to present for potential adjustments to the role criteria.
- Create and expand the company's data pool for future sourcing.
- Ensure credibility of the company's brand by managing candidates in an utmost respect and attentiveness.
- Provide support to the leaders through suggestions on the processes and best practices.
