Client Services - Jr Business Analyst

What does a Junior Business Analyst for Client Services do Think of yourself as someone who produces data-driven insights and reports from client surveys and financials via Salesforce. You will go to work with one thing on your mind: focus on Salesforce administrative and ad hoc/special projects and act as support for the Client Services team and Salesforce team.
Responsibilities:

Optimize Business Efficiencies via Tool, Compliance Tracking, and Training Support:
Produce reports and trackers through Salesforce and advanced spreadsheet manipulation
Promote consistent and compliant use of Salesforce and tools through co-creation of process documents, live support, and walkthroughs


Support in updating and enhancing account/resource management tools apart from Salesforce such as client roster spreadsheets and basic Google Site libraries
Boost Strategic Reporting to Support Decision-Making by Leadership:
Support Client Services or Sales Operations Managers in providing data-driven insights and regular reports from client surveys and financials via Salesforce
Produce meaningful reports by transposing data visually to tell a more effective story
Global Team Governance
In support of Client Services SVPs and Sr. Director priorities, assist Chief of Staff on team needs including:
Global coordination for onboarding, training, and meeting activities
Support special team projects including contract management with the Legal Team, financial reporting with FP&A, client events with Marketing, IT activities, PMO projects, and other TaskUs initiatives
Facilitation of multiple team reporting and meeting activities like clockwork, including agenda or deck preparation, and minutes of the meeting
Requirements:

  • High sense of accountability and a professional, positive attitude
  • Highly adaptable: comfortable wearing many hats, multi-tasking, easily grasps new tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge on business, financials, and/or team operations
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet and data management skills, including pivot tables
  • Detail-oriented and savvy with financial and data document support
  • Excellent analytical skills with an aptitude for data story-telling through strong visuals
  • Service-oriented: values requester satisfaction in every transaction, user-friendly experience in every tool
  • Excellent team and interpersonal skills, able to work on projects across multiple teams and stakeholders with ease
  • College Degree
