Job Description

  • Source, screen, interview, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  • Reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products requirements.
  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Participate in final selection of applicant.
  • Participate in implementing new recruiting technology.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in IT Recruitment
  • Preferably with experience working on Online Gaming technical requirements
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Ability to build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions
  • Experience in expat hiring a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a quickly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
