  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Animal Science /Veterinary Medicine
  • Has experience in gamefowl formulations and research works is an advantage
  • Knows how to drive and formulates with software or manually
  • Experience in the animal industry sector
  • Computer Proficiency (MS Office)
  • Good oral and written communication skills (good command of English language)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Knows how to use BRILL, FORMAT or other Feed Formulation Programme
  • Effective negotiating and selling skills
  • Knows how to drive and with a driver's license
  • Willing to work under pressure

The Animal Nutritionist will be responsible in helping Inoza Vet Division to achieve its sales objectives in feed additives market by performing the following responsibilities in the areas of Technical Support to Key Account Management, Distributor Account Management, Customer Service and Custodian of Company -owned properties.
The GM will determine policies, provide supervision and guidance as needed. The Technical Rep will be expected to function autonomously and take initiative. He will be handling job related information and must be able to maintain utmost confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. TECHNICAL Support and MARKETING Function
1. Provide Technical Support to Respective Sales Rep with the goal to achieve the Sales Target and objectives per product per month
Work with Sales Representative on Seminar Plan and Technical Visit with Clients
2. Develop effective PPT materials per product, tailor made for defined audience - layer farm broiler farm, piggery farm
3. Formulate Feeds as per request from Sales Rep / target clients
4. Design Technical Seminar Plan for each area in cooperation with Sales Rep
5. Develop Technical Tools , brochures, dialogues as tools for Sales Representatives

6. Be able to formulate and implement effective Marketing Plan
7. Regularly monitor market prices including local selling prices.
8. Regularly gathers updates on competitor activities, market share (per client), and other related information.
9. Understanding Competition and its products. Collate competitor materials, brochures, and product samples.
10. Attend industry exhibits and fora to gather market information, strengthen client relationship, widen client scope, and determine potential customers.
1. Formulate and Implement effective Technical Support for Distributors - in coordination with Sales Rep at the area
2. Develops a feasible marketing plan that will support Inoza's sales objectives.
1. Regularly equip himself on Technical updates of products being handled such as required documents (MSDS, QS, product brochures)
2. Regularly review and evaluate products of principals and the Inoza Blend vitamin and mineral premix formulations submitted by clients.
3. Design TRIAL Protocols for Products - product development and testing
4. Aim to develop Inoza's Products as client's 'Top of the Mind' by adding value in the business through:
a. product presentations
b. technical services
c. technical seminars
d. product trials
1. Formulate and Implement effective Key Account Plan / Management
2. Establish relationship with the primary decision makers (President, CEO, Executive Body, Team Leaders - Technical, Purchasing, QA, etc.) and secondary decision makers (secretary, clerks)
3. Consistently gathers information on client's plans, policies, and other related activities (expansions, re-organizations, etc)
4. Develops partnership with key clients through product development and technical services.
5. Develops Action Plans that will maintain old clients and create and develop new clients.
