Duties and Responsibilities:- Apply analytical skills to identify root cause, resolve problems and deliver viable solutions independently
- Anticipate obstacles and execute proactive approaches to issues
- Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency or expand customer services by anticipating customer problems and recommending solutions
Qualifications:- Degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science or related courses
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Results-oriented and customer-service oriented
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Taguig
