Job Description

Here's how
• Develop new functionalities and their automated tests as defined and prioritized by the Product
Manager and the Architect.
• Diagnose and resolve issues raised by the Customer and Quality Assurance.
• Master security issues in a web application.
• Participate in the evaluation of the required effort and the planning of the various development
tasks with the Scrum team.
• Update the progress of the work and communicate to the Scrum Master and the Analyst any
impediments.
• Present to the Scrum team the deliverable produced at the sprint review.
• Participate in retrospectives and get involved in performing the tasks related to the continuous
improvement of the development process.
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
• Post-secondary degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in coding and automated testing in project mode.
• Strong skills in Java programming languages, SQL and the smart GWT framework among
others.
• Demonstrated experience in secure and agile software development projects.
• Strong skills to document the work done.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in team and good sense of collaboration.
• Ability to plan own tasks and work independently.
Great-to-haves
• Knowledge of the business domain of compliance, risk and IT security.
