Job Description
. Translation tasks (e.g. e-mails, tickets, error information) from English to Japanese and vice versa.
. May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors.
. Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement activities.
. Assist in the development of bilinguals by conducting brownbag or training.
. Ability and interest to learn business, tools and technical terminologies.
. Ability to use and contribute in strengthening translation tools to increase productivity.
. Works with teams and diverse range of people.
1.At least JLPT N3 passer
2. Must be able to communicate effectively, verbal and written, in both English and Japanese Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji.
3. Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
4. Willing to work on Holidays, Weekends, Shifting Schedules and extended working hours.
5. Willing to learn and work in an IT environment.
Nice to Have
1. TOEIC score 600 or higher
