Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese Kanji language
  • N1-N2 level of Japanese language proficiency
  • Ability to read, write and speak very well in Kanji
  • Ability to converse professionally well in English
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Amendable to work in shifting schedules including morning, mid and night shifts.
Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide reliable service resulting in a rewarding gaming experience and competitive environment for sports entertainment
• Assist players resolve technical problems with the game
• Responding promptly to game play inquiries and helping sort out game play issues
• Handling customer support through various channels like e-mail, live chat and phone calls
• Help players with account issues or any other matter as requested
• Use of available tools and information resources to resolve problems and issues
• Escalates unresolved problems in accordance with establish policy procedures and protocols
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during all interactions
• Keep track of transaction discrepancies and take appropriate action
• Practice empathy, patience and active listening at all times
