Job Description
. Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets . Understand and translate incident tickets and service requests . Join conference calls or perform calls to the client/on-shore team and understand help needed
Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields. Undergraduates with language proficiency are welcome to apply . Fluent in Italian language . Strong and effective written and oral English communication skills . With experience in handling incident tickets and service requests . Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and project management . Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
