Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Support the set up (installation, configuration, network) and technical support for the Manila office
  • Provide management and support of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and common productivity applications. including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote, Sharepoint, Power BI, Microsoft Teams
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support of LAN, WAN accesses, TOIP, VM, networks and local servers to TGSP users
  • Work closely with other support functions for supporting desktop Infrastructure in case of any incident or change management schedules
  • Troubleshooting the users applications
  • Setup and operate audio visual equipment for trainings, presentations and meetings
  • Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and gives recommendation on best practices for business operations.

Qualifications
  • With a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any IT related course
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 OS and Window Desktop Applications, of computer hardware including desktop PCs,laptops, mobile devices and servers and basic networking concepts including wireless and LAN
  • Currently work from home
