Job Description

• Proactively reduce or eliminate service interruptions that result from incidents that impact the business operation.

• Responsible for day to day I.T operation and studio production support and monitoring
• Handles calls, email inquiry, instant messages from internal business unit and external business unit
• Trouble shoot technical problem and with proper documentation
• Respond and perform technical analysis of all production operation related issue
• Work with I.T Technical team to do prompt through root-cause and analysis
• Ensure issue are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in timely manner
