Job Description



The Role
As an IT Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for talking to stakeholders, make recommendations for solutions that deliver organization goals. Analyze and map all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure. Research any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates.
You will work alongside with Solutions Delivery team, Security experts, and UX specialists in collaboration
to provide a rapid response to business needs.
How you'll contribute
  • Review, assess and analyze the business requirements and take a close look at the current set up and use critical
    thinking skills to determine the most appropriate next step.
  • Conduct research on initiatives that are related to tech that business wants to embark on.
  • Focus on both functional and non-functional requirements when providing solution assessments.
  • Coordinate and consult with Technical Teams to confirm the feasibility of the identified solutions.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, stakeholders interviews, and presentation of the proposed solutions.
  • Works with ITBP Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, SMEs to develop a big picture strategic approach to solutions design with consultation and approval of Architecture Governance Board (AGR).
  • Work with Technical Teams to align with the integration, infra, and security requirements.
  • Build knowledge on existing applications and integrations, this will help in the assessment of requested enhancements/new project initiatives.
  • Comply with established processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the quality of work and service delivered.
  • For Monthly Business Review, provide the status of the assigned work requests to the Business Partners and
    ITBP Solution Architect.
  • Contribute to identifying and documenting risks, assumptions, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions
    during the Initiating Process.
  • Help on the review of Risk and Control Assessment to ensure appropriate controls are set in place.
  • Participate in BCP/Disaster Activity.
  • Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • 5 years and up experience in T-Software, Solution design, Integration
  • Experience with development methodologies like Agile and DevOps
  • Coding experience/database experience is an asset
  • Understanding of modern data infrastructures - hybrid of on-premise and cloud systems or multi-cloud approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Effective leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
