Job Description

You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:

  • University degree with a minimum of 3 years experience working as Scrum Master.
  • Scrum certified (CSM / PSM) or other similar certifications (PSD, PSK, PAL-E, CSD, CSP, CAL for instance) are preferred and will be beneficial
  • Experienced in Product Development & Delivery
  • Experienced in Team & Organizational Change
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills and Experience is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in practices/processes that further promote agility (Kanban, Behavior-Driven Development, Test-Driven development, DevOps, CI/CD, eXtreme Programming, etc)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, management, and senior leadership to help promote and support an environment and culture of collaboration, transparency, experimentation, and adaptation.
  • Discerning, mindful, empathetic, courageous, and has excellent listening and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized and has high attention to detail.
  • Values personal improvement and development.
As part of our growth, your tasks will be:

  • Become a servant-leader who is focused on promoting and supporting agility to the team, the stakeholders, and the larger organization, with the ultimate goal of helping others achieve valuable outcomes in line with Home Credit's values, principles, and business objectives by fostering an environment that stimulates empowerment, collaboration, courage, and transparency.
  • Teach, coach and support teams using Scrum to focus on delivering value early and frequently through continuous improvement and experimentation. Teach, coach, and support people to promote individuals that believe in a growth mindset with keenness to openness, observation, and early frequent feedback.
  • Help build strong product owners in business units.
  • Teach, coach, mentor and support Scrum team members, stakeholders, and the organization in all ways of agility and empiricism, and help in the application of frameworks and practices that support the values and principles of agility.
  • Creates an environment of safety within teams so that teams are able to raise their impediments freely. Allows teams to self-organize to solve their own problems but also makes dutifully conscious and timely decisions to step in and help the team with the impediments at the appropriate moment.
  • Participate on interesting products and innovations that help company grow
  • Courageously work with management and leaders as change agents to strengthen and achieve organizational agility by aligning Home Credit's agile adoption strategy with Home Credits core values:
