Job Description


  • Strong analytical, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid experience on hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Profound knowledge in Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
  • Significant experience in managing ITS asset inventory including desktops, laptops, network devices and other IT peripherals.
  • Advance knowledge in spreadsheet or Power BI.
  • Knowledgeable on ITIL best practices.
  • Understanding of active directory and network switches, routers, and firewalls.

  • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
  • Assisting technical support staff in providing first line support when workloads are high or where additional experience is required.
  • Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
  • Performing briefings to technical support staff on changes or deployments that may affect volumes at the Service Desk
  • Ensure the follow up communication process with end users is completed in a timely manner and/or per Service Level Agreement based on priority.
  • Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for daily operations.
  • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Generate operational reports for management as needed.
  • Ad Hoc activities set by IT Management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum five years experience as technical support which includes minimum of two years in supervisory/managerial experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills when it comes to computer hardware and software issues
  • Familiar on any ticketing system (ManageEngine Service Desk Plus) platform capabilities and architecture
  • E. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ITIL, COMPTIA A+ and/or COMPTIA Security certification is a plus
