The Help Desk Support Representative is responsible to provide initial employee/customer support for technical inquiries received via the telephone and/or email. Assess the nature of problems and resolve simple and basic support issues over the phone. For more complex issues, transfer internal customers to the 2nd-level Help Desk Technician.
