Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for the overall Change Management process
• Creates trend analysis to keep an overall overview of change requests
• Liaises with all necessary parties to implement change process activities
• Monitors the effectiveness of change management and making recommendations for improvement
• Approving and coordinating minor changes
• Produces regular management reports
Qualifications
• > 3 years proven experience with IT Change Management from establishing to optimizing with overlapping functions with ITIL Service Management Processes
• Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business executives within the company.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
• At least one ITIL certification is a must
• Open to shifting schedule
• Willing to travel and holds a valid passport
