Position Description:

CGI is Seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer with financial and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system knowledge. This person will be developing training for a public sector ERP implementation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Work as a training team member consulting, designing and developing web based training on the ERP financial application.
. Work collaboratively with functional leads (both internal and external) to develop end user training.
. Work collaboratively with technology and client subject matter experts to develop training materials that deliver on project/business objectives
. Rapidly develop training, included but not limited to, functional area objectives, tasks and job role sequencing, content development and related exercises.
. Serve multiple roles - Instructional Designer, contributing team member, data management for training environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Strong consulting and customer relationship skills with ability to assist client partners in executing vital project tasks
. Exhibits flexibility and contributes as a respected team player
. Demonstrated expertise in:
o Adult learning theory and methodologies
o Designing and developing training materials
o Two or more years experience serving as a leader, instructor or facilitator in various adult learning environments
o Possess strong organizational, collaborative and decision making skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface and network with others
o Adept with basic information technologies
o Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint expert

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience with Captivate for training content development

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $120,000-$170,000.
