Job Role:
As the Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for finding and closing B2B prospects that would subscribe to GroWorx services. You will also be responsible for finding and closing prospects to GroWorx clients products and services to their respective target audience. You will be a key member of a growing team focused on ensuring a consistent revenue stream for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation - Conducting research on potential clients via social networks and other platforms.
  • Qualify Sales leads based on specific lead qualification criteria.
  • Develop a strong product understanding, system knowledge and processes to sell new concepts and the service value Groworx and its clients provide.
  • Manage monthly rolling pipelines of potential clients with the ability to prioritize your day to have visibility into all deals.
  • Articulate Groworx and their clients’ value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.
  • Provide custom service designs or proposals that are aligned with clients’ customer service needs
  • Work with clients to resolve challenges and obstacles which prevent them from maintaining a relationship with GroWorx
  • Attain monthly/quarterly targets for new sales acquisitions.
  • Provide consultation with prospects by phone and email.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling.
  • Perform administrative support duties
  • Create accurate forecasting, pipeline movement and stage reports
  • Contribute to team development thru coaching and other activities that would uplift the team
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable University.
  • Experience in selling subscription services for Digital Marketing, Digital Engineering, IT Solutions, Digital Operations and the like
  • Minimum of 2 years B2B sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, Lead Generation in a BPO set up.
  • Ability to negotiate and move time frames, closing sales
  • Knowledge in developing sales proposals and presentations
  • Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude
