Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers.
Job Duties

  • Discovering and exploring business opportunities
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce TP solutions and identify potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how TP solution will speak to those needs.
  • Prequalify leads based on BANT criteria and set appointments for TP account managers
  • Work closely with TP Account Managers for targeted accounts that needs further qualification and/or assistance
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients using CRM ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish connections and arrange meetings.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience covering the PH market with strong B2B exposure
  • Familiar or has used Salesforce as CRM (preferred but not required)
  • Strong research skills through different channels (Linkedin, Google etc)
