What you’ll need to qualify as a Temp WFH Customer Service Representative you need to have:
• Completed at least 2 years in college
• Excellent to average English communication skills
• Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
• Previous customer center experience helps but it’s not really a requirement
What you might be doing on a typical day:
• Consult, respond and resolve technical support inquiries via a variety of communication channels by way of voice, email or chat
• Open and maintain customer accounts and information I
• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services

Technology and work environment requirements for the job:
• The right tool and connection – you will need a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through SpeedTest.net)
• Without computer – we have you covered and ready to be delivered for you.
• You must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
• You must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working
