Job Description



  • Job Description
    • Participate in the Path to Green project as it relates to IAM activities
    • Ensuring privileged service accounts are moved to cyber ark or controls put in place to ensure they are compliant with security standards.
    • Ensure Segregation of Duties (SOD) are enforced in application and data accesses to prevent unauthorized accesses and activities.
    • Work together with Business and Application Support stakeholders to understand the access framework of the application and onboard these applications to be reviewed on an automated and regulated frequency.
    • Assist in performing pre-access review activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy prior to Access reviews.
    • Support operational security activities including oversight of ongoing segment specific access security processes (e.g., incident response, ad hoc queries, periodic access reviews)
    • Stay informed on emerging technologies, key business drivers, evolving threats and opportunities from both the business and within information access security discipline.
    Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:
    • Understanding of Access Control Lists (ACL), Role Based Access Controls (RBAC, privileged access, segregation of duties (SoD) concepts
    • Working experience with identity and access management IAM/IAG tools:
    • Gathering application information to allow configuration of the application in the tool
    • Coordinate the promotion and testing of application configurations through test regions
    • Performing pre-certification activities (data gathering, data validation, etc.)
    • Managing and reporting on post-certification activities (errors handling, gathering completion artifacts, etc.)
    • Data analysis skills in Excel and SQL (ability to slice, pivot & evaluate large data sets).
    • Data analytical, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
    • Good verbal and written communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
