Job Description



MANAGE KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES: Check if the team is hitting set targets
.TRAIN & DEVELOP HR STAFF
Mentor & ensure professional development of HR staff at the branch level ensure that SM values are personally modeled & adhered to by the entire HR department
.ANALYZE HR REPORTS
Analyze statistical reports concerning HR-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, & absenteeism rates
.DEVELOP HR PROGRAMS
Plan & organize specific HR activities (recruitment, orientation, time & attendance processing, performance appraisal, movement, employee relations, separation clearances) on a per SBU & MBU account
.MONITOR RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE REVIEW FORMS
Facilitate an accurate & timely management of performance appraisal & guide in employee coaching & movement
.MANAGE COMPENSATION & CLEARANCES
Manage timely & accurate submission of payroll reports & clearances of separated employees
Qualifications:
.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
.Excellent communications and presentation skills
.At least 5-7 years of work experience in the HR field is required for this position
.Preferably in a Manager role/level
.Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
.Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Sorsogon
.Full-time positions available
