1. Implements HR programs, in coordination with different departments, cascaded
by the Head Office (HR) such as:
a. Performance Management System
b. Employee Relations Program
c. Training & Development
d. Organizational Development
2. Coordinates with all departments in relation to their manpower requirements
a. Ensures preparation & approval of personnel requisition before posting of
job vacancy.
b. Conducts testing & preliminary interview of applicants
c. Schedules shortlisted candidates for interview with the head/manager of
requesting department.
d. Ensures that qualified candidates submit complete requirements prior to
hiring.
e. Conducts orientation of newly-hired employees
f. Endorsement of new employees to immediate superior.
g. Prepares contract and appointment (Personnel Action & PayrollAdvice).
3. Prepares payroll every two weeks. Attends to the preparation of reports that are
generated by the system:
a. Payroll register
b. Payslips
c. SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig contributions
d. Withholding tax
e. Other deductions
f. Bank advice
4. Ensures timely and accurate remittances of deductions from payroll to agencies of
government (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR)
5. Acts as custodian of all personnel information file (201). Responsible for updating
records of employees that shall serve as reference for personnel action and
movements.
6. Coordinates in the delivery of employee benefits such as leave availment,
medical/hospital benefits, group insurance, uniform, etc.
7. Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
8. Maintains inventory of office furniture, machine, and equipment.
9. Coordinates with all departments in the purchase and release of office supplies
and other day-today office needs.
10. Coordinates with authorized personnel in the registration and renewal of
insurance of company vehicles. Files a copy of all registration documents and
insurance papers.
11. Monitors attendance of all employees and recommends appropriate action for any
infraction committed against attendance policy.
12. Coordinates with all department heads/managers in the consistent implementation
of general office policies and procedures as well as assists supervisors/managers
in the interpretation of code on employee’s discipline.
