Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answering employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Providing customer service to organization employees
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Collecting employment and tax information
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Conducting benefit enrollment process
  • Administering new employment assessments
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions

  • Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or any other HR-related field
  • Must have at least 6 months of working experience in Recruitment and/or Labor Relations
  • Having experience in volume hiring is an advantage
  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented
  • Writes above average business correspondence
  • With good interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be willing to do field work, if necessary
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Candidates must be amenable to work on Mondays to Saturdays
