Job Description

Enshored is seeking an outstanding HR Specialist who will work closely with the Executive Team, Support Team, as well as other teams in the Operations. This is a high-impact role and will offer a great opportunity for fast career advancement in a high-growth BPO environment.
  • Process employee life cycle from offboarding to onboarding, including lateral transfers and any employee movements
  • Facilitate and improve the New Employee Orientation
  • Handle the day-to-day disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Provide advice and facilitate high-risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct
  • Prepare and serve Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD)
  • Schedule and Administer Administrative Hearing
  • Schedule and conduct stakeholders meetings
  • Actively work with, communicate, and support stakeholders in all aspects of HR to help achieve the Operational goals of the business
  • Employment Engagement - Innovate and implement employee Engagement Activities
  • Actively participate and contribute to the improvement of HR processes
  • Assist in the conceptualization, development, & implementation of Human Resources projects or initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement
  • Manage employee offboarding and processing of employees clearanceEnsure 201 files are complete, updated, and controlled
  • Systems update of records of an employee, handle benefits facilitationEnsure accuracy and timeliness of data input and updates. Update the Company's HRIS.
  • Handle and accomplish Employee Relations-related reports and tasks
  • Attend to any task the HR Manager and Officer may assign

  • With a strong background in Labor and Employee Relations
  • Background in all HR facets is an advantage
  • Strong Analytical SkillsData Management/ Data Accuracy
  • Preferably has experience in BPO Setting
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Engaged in facilitation and training skills
  • Commitment to delivering to the highest quality first time
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Compassionate
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience in HR Employee Relations and Engagement facet
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
