ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process employee life cycle from offboarding to onboarding, including lateral transfers and any employee movementsFacilitate and improve the New Employee OrientationHandle the day-to-day disciplinary and grievance issues. Provide advice and facilitate high-risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of ConductPrepare and serve Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD)Schedule and Administer Administrative HearingSchedule and conduct stakeholders meetingsActively work with, communicate, and support stakeholders in all aspects of HR to help achieve the Operational goals of the businessEmployment Engagement - Innovate and implement employee Engagement ActivitiesActively participate and contribute to the improvement of HR processesAssist in the conceptualization, development, & implementation of Human Resources projects or initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagementManage employee offboarding and processing of employees clearanceEnsure 201 files are complete, updated, and controlledSystems update of records of an employee, handle benefits facilitationEnsure accuracy and timeliness of data input and updates. Update the Company's HRIS.Handle and accomplish Employee Relations-related reports and tasksAttend to any task the HR Manager and Officer may assign
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS
With a strong background in Labor and Employee RelationsBackground in all HR facets is an advantageStrong Analytical SkillsData Management/ Data AccuracyPreferably has experience in BPO SettingProven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersEngaged in facilitation and training skillsCommitment to delivering to the highest quality first timeProven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitudeCompassionateCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 3 years experience in HR Employee Relations and Engagement facetOutstanding written and verbal English communication skills
