Job Description

1. Proven working experience in HROD, with at least 10 years experience in a managerial capacity.
2. An MBA is an advantage, but not necessary.
3. A background in training and assessment is preferred
4. Proficient in MS office applications.
5. Willing to work in Pasig/QC area.
5. Strategic mindset and business acumen
6. Can design a strategic 3 to 5-year OD roadmap
7. Aligns recruitment strategies to organizational competency and capability requirements
8. Designs developmental interventions to attain desired competencies and capabilities
9. Identifies key roles and provides succession planning strategies across the organization
10. Assesses, monitors and implements HRD systems, policies and procedures

1. Creates, monitors and evaluates organizational design strategy as aligned to business short and long-term goals including structure, systems and processes
2. Updates strategic and functional departmental and individual role charters across the organization
3. Designs and executes culture-building strategies and interventions
4. Aligns employer brand to corporate branding strategies both internally and externally
5. Creates succession planning strategies with focus on key positions; reviews and gives sound recommendations on developmental programs towards succession and career path
6. Periodically reviews organizational design in relation to specific roles, job grades and salary scales; provides industry benchmarks and relevant recommendations
7. Aligns recruitment strategies to current organizational design as aligned to business goals
8. Leads and aligns performance management strategies to ensure alignment with departmental OGSM
9. Oversees and assesses other key HRD operations’ deliverables : competency design, capability building, compensation and benefits, employee relations and over-all administration
