Description:

Represents the comanpny in litigation and disputes
Coordinates with other business unit heads
Attends Team leaders meetings
Prepares and submits periodical budget reports to top management
Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a University degree in Psychology or Occupational Psychology
More than 5 years of experience in managerial level preferably from agribusiness sector.
Preferably can drive
Results-driven, Fosters teamwork, Handles pressure, Gives feedback, Supervises and coaches, Develops and improves standards continuously.
Fluent in English verbal and written communication
