- Provide weekly and monthly training programs for Region HRs (At least 5 modules)
- Oversee monthly training assessment and ensure training exam result for region HRs not lower than 85%
- Verification of employment
- Initiate employee clearance and monitoring of last pay
- Conduct new-employee orientation
- Processing of LDU (First Stage for Direct Hires only)
- Monitoring of promoters LDU & Accessory request and agency releasing
