Job Description

  • Drafts notices to a concerned employee in response to an incident report after validation and fact-finding
  • Clarifies facts with the Legal Department regarding incidents and cases filed against an employee/s
  • Gives advices to Leads and Managers in handling disciplinary matters and possible violations of the Code of Discipline and/or Labor Code of the Philippines
  • Sits in administrative hearings as minutes taker or as part of the Disciplinary Committee
  • Leads the conceptualization and planning of engagement programs aligned with regular celebrations such as, but not limited to: New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween and Christmas Day.
  • This includes the theme, activities, guidelines and budget for each event
  • Leads the committees of major engagement programs such as Sportsfest, Family or Employee Day, and the Company Christmas Party
  • Sets standards of compliance with minimum employment and occupational safety and health standards prescribed by the Department of Labor and Employment across the Company
  • Conducts regular checks and audits of employment practices to ensure compliance and elimination or mitigation of risks

  • With Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skills: Consulting, Project Management, Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
  • Preferably Supervisor with 5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Human Resources
