Job Description

Enshored is seeking an outstanding HR Specialist who will work closely with the Executive Team, Support Team, and other teams in the Operations. This is a high-impact role and will offer an excellent opportunity for fast career advancement in a high-growth BPO environment.
Minimum Requirement Qualifications
  • With a strong background in Labor and Employee Relations
  • Background in all HR facets is an advantage.
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Data Management/ Data Accuracy
  • Preferably has experience in BPO Setting.

  • Demonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Engaged in facilitation and training skills
  • Commitment to delivering to the highest quality first time
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Compassionate
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills

  • Education and experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least three years experience in HR Employee Relations and Engagement facet

  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Employee relations related jobs
  • Update the Company's HRIS. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data input and updates
  • Handle the day-to-day disciplinary and grievance issues. Provides advice and facilitates high-risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct
  • Prepare and serve Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD)
  • Schedule and Administer Administrative Hearing
  • Schedule and conduct stakeholders meetings
  • Actively work with, communicate, and support stakeholders in all aspects of HR to help achieve the business's operational goals.
  • Manage employee offboarding and processing of employees clearance
  • Assist in the conceptualization, development, & implementation of Human Resources projects or initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement
  • Employment Engagement - Innovate and implement Employee Engagement Activities
  • Ensure 201 files are complete, updated, and controlled
  • Systems update of records of an employee, handle benefits facilitation.
  • Attend to any task HR Manager may assign
