Department Overview

The Human Resources and Learning team within the Shared Services department addresses the various needs of the organization by efficiently and effectively delivering HR services, nurturing diverse talent for the company's long-term success.
About the Role

Internally known as Operations Supervisor 2. The role supports in process expansion, staffing, and new hire training. Takes a lead role in developing and implementing best practices. Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures.
Responsibilities


  • Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department

  • May manage and research escalation function and/or a larger, more complex group. Supervise workflow and quality, overseeing resolution to complex issues / concerns

  • Working with management team to identify problems, communicating company policy, procedures and practices.

  • Making employment decisions and setting performance standards.

  • Training and coaching staff, conducting performance evaluations, performing financial, product and/or business case analysis and completing projects as assigned.

  • Responsible for New Hire onboarding and support

  • Conduct performance reviews

  • Resolve escalated problems, communicating information orally or in writing to customers, other departments and/or senior management

  • Market Skills and Certifications

  • College graduate. Bachelor's Degree, any field

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience or 2+ years of coaching experience in an HR Operations environment
  • Background / experience in HR Operations support including but not limited to: Payroll, Online Tools, Leaves, Benefits etc.
  • Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues and concerns

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, Solid problem solving skills, effective organizational, multi tasking and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to motivate and provide performance feedback, in a fast-paced and ever changing environment

  • Experience recognizing service opportunities and providing exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, mid-afternoon and night shift, Mondays to Fridays

  • Amenable to work in McKinley hill, Taguig City
