Job Description

  • The role is expected to provide expertise and guidance in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, Training and Organizational Development; and local HR Labor Laws and Compliance
  • The role be responsible in creating/updating Company Policies/Code of Conduct in accordance to the organization's values, standards and culture.
  • Experienced in drafting and issuance of Employee Contracts, Notice of Personnel Action, NTEs and other HR documents required
  • Leads the development and implementation of a performance management system, performance development plans and employee development programs, benefits programs and administration, employee relations and payroll
  • Partners with Stakeholders, Managers/Leaders in preparing and completing performance reviews and recommendations of the team members in accordance with company’s guidelines and policies
  • Drive employee satisfaction and spearheads the roll out of company wide programs and initiatives – employee engagement and activities, workforce planning, talent management, training, organizational changes and process improvement
  • Ensures adherence of government regulatory compliance to SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR and Philippine Labor Laws (DOLE)
  • Responsible in timekeeping and payroll
  • Responsible in managing Employee’s 201 Files
  • Maintain relationships with external and internal vendors and government agencies
  • Manage and own recruitment process to keep a healthy list of candidates that can be hired based on company's requirements
  • Responsible in On-Boarding/Off-Boarding of employees - Conducts new hire orientation and facilitates clearance/exit interview process to resigned/terminated employees
  • Own other HR related activities
