Job Description


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the HR Leader in providing guidance to line managers dealing with disciplinary, grievance, and capability cases to promote fairness and compliance with legislation and policy.
  • Regularly track absences and retention statistics and support line managers in managing trends and specific cases.
  • Adding value through analysis of results of Employee Satisfaction Survey with line managers, facilitation of colleague focus groups, and driving delivery of actions.
  • Act as a partner with operational clients to provide generalist support while leveraging HR strategy and initiatives for maximum business impact for site/s and the company overall.
  • Attends meetings of managers, supervisors, and work units to facilitate effective interpersonal communication among participants and to ascertain human relations and work-related problems that adversely affect employee morale and establishment productivity.
  • Develop technical job-related skills training to improve individual work performance either in conjunction with the Training & Development function.
  • Give presentations for company-wide HR communications to employees as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits for Leaves, CAP, EDB accuracy, Headcount etc., and also monitor VIC penetration, Rewards and Recognitions penetration, Unscheds per FLM, LOP, Absconding, HRAC defects, File closures, Attritions, etc. with a focus on increasing cost efficiency.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in Employee/Labor Relations
  • At least 3 years as a supervisor or manager in the field
  • Preferably in the BPO industry
