- Must have experience in labor unions and CBA
- Preferably with experience as an HR Lawyer
- Solid experience in labor laws, company code of conduct and experience in implementing/enforcing and leading due process.
- Develop and implement strategies/approaches that lead to fair, balanced decisions and change.
- Communication skills - written and oral importantly, articulation of well thought of and properly planned concepts and ideas in order to educate, enlighten and influence individual and group thinking and discussions. Able to write / craft opinions/points of view, decisions.
- Analytical skills, insighting - periodic step back and review of cases and other org levers (attrition, engagement surveys, etc.), draw up insights and recommendations on areas (process, policies, strategies, ways of working) to address root cause of infractions and other indicators of org effectiveness.
- Proactivity, partnering, collaborative, stakeholder management.
Governance & Education

  • Review and refresh of the Code of Conduct, re-launch

  • Run enablement workshops for HRBPs, Stores and Network line leaders

  • Reinforce end-to-end process and roles in WB cases

  • Employees disclosures: Related Party Transactions, Gift Disclosure, Non-Compete, NDA

  • Dole reporting

Case Management

  • Service Level Agreements, HR Dashboard

  • Complete information/ documents for external cases

  • Quarterly analysis of cases, insights and actions to improve process and enable stakeholders

  • Regular reports to CHRO, Audit Committee and Finance

  • Workday utilization

Employees Union

  • New normal: their role/s, accountabilities, privileges (voice in policy implementation)

  • Secure continued tenure

  • Differentiate contingent worker and band roles

  • Experience in renegotiation of collective bargaining agreement
